Discovered that there is another surviving Mac Fisheries vehicle on the globe.   A Morris Minor van, residing in Ascot. The very van Corgi die-cast copied to make their models.

A visit to see this van and its owner should reward me with untold Macs info for the site. I have been invited.

Been asked by a good friend Barry if I would like his 1929 one ton Ford AA dropside truck resprayed in Mac Fisheries colours and Macs logos added..... Oh Yes Please.

This is similar to what Barrys truck looks like.

A telephone conversation on Friday 27th to an ex Macs manager has lead to 46 Mac Matter mags, and many items connected with Mac Fisheries. Inc crystal bowls, shrimp/prawn measuring jugs, more photos, good service medallion etc. Many thanks John, I look forward to receiving them.

Still receiving letters in response to the appeal I placed in the Isle of Wight County Press way back on 15th May this year. Thank you Bill. I will respond in writing soon.

Obtained 2 more Mac Fisheries Housewife's Diarys. It seems that Macs only produced these very informative diarys from 1924 up to 1939. This is still not 100% confirmed though....... Anyone know?

Also discovered someone who has an original Macfisheries delivery bike. Like a butchers bike with the large rack and basket on the front. It has even still got all its Macs logos on it. I will update on this later.   Guess who is now looking for a delivery bike to restore!!!!!! Any leads please.
